Eimear Fox qualified as a Solicitor in 1998 and spent five years in general practice before joining Peter Fitzpatrick & Company in 2003. She has worked as a Legal Costs Accountant for thirteen years and deals with all areas of legal costs including family law, personal injury, judicial review, professional negligence, probate, whilst also advising on legal practitioner client costs disputes. She represents both Plaintiff and Defendant in taxations in both the Circuit and High Court. She has extensive experience in Wards of Court costs. Eimear brings her general practice experience to assist clients in valuations of solicitor’s practices when partnerships dissolve. Eimear is a member of the Law Society, an Accredited Mediator and an Associate of the Institute of Legal Costs Accountants. Eimear is a regular lecturer on the PPC1 course in the Law Society.
